Hill Recreation Area
25 miles from central Santa Rosa · 6 courts
About this venue
Six dedicated outdoor courts with permanent nets, free, first come, first served, open daily 8am to 10pm. No lights on the pickleball courts, so play finishes at dusk - only the bocce courts are lit. Two more courts sit indoors in Hill Gymnasium at the same address, portable nets, also free and drop-in, Monday to Friday 6am to 8pm and weekends 8:30am to 5pm. That indoor pair is the only free indoor pickleball anywhere in the service area, which is what makes this venue worth the drive in winter.

You choose the day and the time. I take requests any day between 7:00am to 8:30pm, the calendar only offers hours this court can actually take, and I confirm by text or email, usually within a few hours. Nothing is charged when you book.
